Getting There
Park free in Orlando, ride to the ship, and let someone else deal with the Beachline.
BUS TRANSPORTATION
Round-trip coach between Orlando and the port.
We run a private round-trip motorcoach between the Sand Lake Road SunRail Station in Orlando and Port Canaveral — outbound Saturday, November 6, 2027, and returning Saturday, November 13, 2027.
The coach departs Sand Lake Road at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 6 and reaches the port at 11:00 AM, in good time to check in and board.
Booked on or before September 10, 2026: complimentary.
Booked on or after September 11, 2026: $60 per person round trip.
Bus seats are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a booking changes hands, the incoming guest must purchase their own seat.PARKING
Complimentary, for the whole week.
Park at the Sand Lake Road SunRail station for the duration of the cruise at no charge. Leave the car, get on the coach, and don't think about it again until Saturday.
Worth doing the sums: parking at the port itself runs about $20 a night plus tax — roughly $160 to $180 for the week. Two of you on the coach at $60 each is $120, and nobody has to drive the Beachline on either end of a cruise.

On the return trip, the bus drops at Orlando International Airport, Terminal B before continuing to Sand Lake Road.
Do not book a flight departing MCO before 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 13, 2027.

Straight up the Beachline. Coffee provided by whoever brings it.
Have your passport, boarding pass and Celebrity check-in done in advance.
Deck. Drink. Done.
MAKING YOUR OWN DAY
Driving or flying in yourself?
Port Canaveral is about 45 minutes east of Orlando International Airport and has its own paid parking garages at the terminal. Parking there currently runs $20 per night plus tax — roughly $160 to $180 for the full week. If you're making your own way there, aim to arrive at the terminal no later than 1:30 PM on Saturday, November 6.
If you want a seat on our coach, note that it leaves Sand Lake Road at 10:00 AM — which a same-day flight almost never makes. Fly in the night before. We'd rather you did anyway.
Celebrity requires all guests to be aboard well before the 3:30 PM departure, and we strongly recommend travelling with a valid passport.
Two things worth sorting early.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend it, and we recommend buying it when you book rather than later — most policies only cover pre-existing conditions if purchased within a short window of your first deposit. It is the only protection against the cruise line's cancellation charges.

Book through Celebrity for the guarantee that the ship waits for you, or independently for more choice and usually a better price. Stingray City in Grand Cayman and reef diving in Cozumel both sell out — sort those before you sail, not on the morning.
Browse ExcursionsWe'll send a full port guide, including LGBTQ+-friendly recommendations in each port, before sailing.
Book by September 10 and the bus is on us.
